I’m a woman with a chronic illness that can cause pain and lethargy.  Some days are better than others.  Some medications work better than others.  But I’ve learned that I can make small changes in attitude, mindset, or behavior that improve my daily life.  I say that “I live with” this disease, not that I “suffer from it”.

I hope to be able to share these ideas with others and hope that a few will be of help.

    I have a couple questions.
    I would like to do LinkedIn likes to your blogs. Would this be acceptable to you?

    I see an average of 6-8 coaching clients a day. Of those I would say half or more would benefit from your blog. Due to some HIPPA hurdles it is not easy for me to email them links to your blog right now. Would you be okay if I create a couple handouts of your blogs with your top blog image and link information etc (so it obvious you are author, owner and how they could follow the blog themselves)? You are a gifted writer and the people I am serving would benefit from hearing your voice and wisdoms.
    What do you think about this, how do you feel about it?
    If you are okay with this what boundaries and “how to” would you want me to stay within so that I respect you and your works?


    • My purpose in writing this blog is to be able to share what I’ve learned with people I DON’T know! So, yes, of course it’s okay for you to distribute information about my blog to your clients who you think would benefit. Boundaries? I don’t mind who views my blog and I can use my administrative role to keep any comments within the bounds of the topics at hand. I say, “Go for it!” and “Thanks!”
